The Link Between Premature Ejaculation, Kidney Health & Qigong

Lately I’ve been reading up on some of the chronic health issues that can cause premature ejaculation. There are many. Mental conditions, such as:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • stress

As well as, physical conditions such as:

  • nerve damage
  • cardio-vascular damage (poor circulation)
  • weak PC muscles
  • hypersensitive nerves

However, most men who are afflicted by premature ejaculation have none of the above, yet still have the problem. My research tells me this is most often caused by kidney dysfunction. There is a known link here, which is well documented in the literature of Traditional Chines Medicine.

How do you know if you have kidney problems that are affecting your ejaculations?

The main is soreness in the lower back and knees, which gets worse after sex or masturbation. It may also be accompanied by: cold hands and/or feet, nocturnal emissions, dizziness, red tongue with little coating, irregular pulse, frequent involuntary ejaculation (spermatorrhea), poor color, shortness of breath, a pale tongue with white coating.

What can be done?

Help from others:

Chinese medicine practitioners prescribe a mix of herbal and acupuncture treatments for these kidney problems. Reportedly this solves 30-65% of cases.

Self help:

Kidneys benefit from adequate water, as well as fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts. Ginger root, eaten or taken in a tea, is known to be good for the urinary system (kidneys, prostate, bladder, penis, etc.) Many people recommend adding extra parsley to your diet to deal with kidney problems. Don’t have too much coffee, but some is OK, as it can actually be a source of fluid in addition to water.

You may also look at supplementing your diet with Gingko.

Pay attention to your diet and try and get 5 a day. In our Western culture, we often think that serious problems like premature ejaculation require a serious, medical solution. However, do not underestimate the power of feeding your body correctly.

In addition to your diet, you may like to try a relaxation practice called Qigong. More specifically this is known as ‘Standing Like a Tree’. It is a surprisingly simple, but AMAZINGLY effective method. The purpose of it is to improve circulation and make sure your organs are receiving proper nutrition. It also makes sure you do not have stagnant cells. Of course it does a lot more, so you will just have to try it!

I have found a little gift for you. It is a free course on ‘Standing Like a Tree’ – available on Youtube. You can check it out here.

Don’t forget – stick with it for at least 2 months. You will not regret it.

I hope that this post helped some of you. Of course, if you are worried at all about your health, I strongly recommend you go and see a doctor.

Bye for now,
